Peggy joined HPAO in 2022. She is a proud Maryland native and UMD alum. She earned her B.A. in English and has worked on campus previously with College Park Scholars and the undergraduate Neuroscience major.

Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, paddle boarding, reading, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Advising Philosophy

My advising goals are:

• To equip students with the information they need to make wise decisions concerning their academic and future plans
• To provide honest and realistic feedback and support
• To encourage each student to embrace their individual health professions journey--there is no "right" path!
